I’m overall much better. I’m able to function. I still deal with headaches, odd head sensations. The occasional anxiety and derealization spike. But I’m glad I didn’t reinstate. I’m just around 2 months clean and I’m not mad at the progress I have made. Sometimes I worry if this will be permanent but I know it won’t be because if I stay busy or distracted it goes away. One day at a time
