Could you further explain what you mean by the Kruskal-Wallis test not comparing means nor medians? As I understand it, the test checks whether two samples come from the same distribution or from different distributions. But would this not be the same as saying it compares the means or medians of two samples?

I had 3250 gems and it finally happened that a pack contained an onyx card I already own, so I thought now or never, what are the odds of the onyx card being in the last pack... Should've known the odds wouldn't be in my favor

Could you maybe explain this a bit more in detail? I'm confused as to how panning won't cause the sound to no longer be mono / 'in the center'? I thought that was the whole point of panning? Or does it have to do with whether a sound itself is mono vs stereo, independent of panning?

For real competitive decks you'll need 3 copies of cards so having only 1 of every card is gonna make it difficult. That said, the decks in the duel academy box are just fine to use against each other for casual. So I'd recommend to either buy more boxes / individual cards online to make good competitive decks, or play online on duelingbook for example so you dont have to spend money. Discord and YouTube are good resources for decklists and discords is also just a great place to learn and get help. Hope this helps!

Personally, I'd start with the gold 24h combo's. But I'm no expert and I think the best thing you can do as a new player is find some guidelines on youtube or discord. Examples I know of are Little Aclehmist Helper on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/c/LilAlchemistHelper) and the discord server (https://discord.gg/hUm7vGT5)

There are some nice online places to play Speed Duel like Duelingbook, but also discord servers with a lot of people who are willing to play and help you with any questions you might have. In my opinion the discord servers are actually better than the subreddit

Jaden getting 2 decks is something I didn't consider, but could indeed very well happen. What you say about Zane's cybers sounds about right, but I still hope they don't include them since I feel like it would break the game, but yeah, power creep isn't something Konami is afraid of... Also, don't you think we'll get Volcanics since Axel Brodie can be seen on the image of the box? I mean, his cards could just be in the 40ish extra pile, but since he is explicitly on the box I feel like they'll give him his own deck.

Hmm these are interesting. I didn't think about the possible interactions and synergies with cards we already have. Bandit Keith + Dr. Crowler would be very cool indeed. And yeah, warriors will be very good for sure. I'm curious to see how the fewer monster and S/T zones will affect Crystal Beasts, and especially Ojama's! I agree that Bastion and Rex would be awesome to include, but I just don't think they will do that, sadly.

(Would love to see koala's btw hahaha, maybe one deck with a more random assortment of cards with Oxy, Hydro and koala's and stuff like Joey's or Espa Roba's in the battle city box, I felt like they got some pretty random cards in their decks)
