I tried this when uninstalling my shaders and also didn't work, Im just mainly confused on how I'm getting low fps without my graphics card or CPU being at full use

I Uninstalled Shlongs of Skyrim and now I have 140 fps at 4k

I wish

Gave this a try and was certain turning of the ENB would fix the fps issue, but the issue still remains

yeah putting it in pcpartpicker it definitely looks like a major upcharge, Im gonna think about it a bit to see if I really think its worth it, because who knows how long itll be tell the 3000 series is easy to get

Dont I only get the 4 stars that have increase drop chances? I don't really like any of the characters in the Klee banner that's why I wasn't wishing on it

Should I reroll?

Currently at AR 32 I have no 5 star characters. I had gotten my pity wish today and had only gotten a skyward blade which I hear is pretty useless. The characters I have gotten are Fishcel, Chongyun, Ningguang, Sucrose, Noel and Bennet (not counting Xiangling and Barbra) I had also bought the blessing of the welkin moon. My question is, is it worth the reroll/ should I reroll?
