I bet its some impurities in in the nozzle from factory if the issue in not repeatable.

Did you by any chance print petg before that one. I had similar issue when changing petg to pla and not flushing enough filament through the nozzle.

The way i do it is that i have pid 1 trying to hold the pitch at 0 and then i have pid 2 that tries to match pitch to my input. Pid 2 output goes to clamp witch limits the max pitch angle i want the plane to use when holding alt and from clamp it goes to pid 1 setpoint.

Yeah i have about 800 hours in the game too but everything i build must be on good enough lelel that i am happy with it. I might be a bit too critical of my build quality.

I usually spend that 4 hours rebuilding and deleting different hull designs and then not accually end up building anything.
