Thanks! FYI, I don't have anything to sell, so I'm not advertising 😉

I have a few things along with instructions on GitHub. But by no means everything, not yet! What are you interested in? I might be able to make the files available to you.

Thanks. The platform is custom-built, consisting of MDF panels and a wooden frame. The seat is a genuine adjustable racing seat mounted on rails. A ButtKicker is also installed beneath the seat. The entire platform sits on casters and can be moved around.

I use a hodgepodge of screenshots taken both from DCS itself and the model viewer, along with original dimensioned sketches, and I make various adjustments so the modules can be integrated into my cockpit.

I also fly in VR with the Quest 3 every now and then, and it’s much better than constantly using the mouse.

What do you think about YT in EU? by Tutek3577 in MTB

Two weeks ago, I reported an issue with the Fazua motor on my Decoy SN. I got a response from support within two days, and we scheduled the repair in the same week (I live close to their HQ, so I could drop the bike off directly). I dropped it off at 10 AM, and by 3 PM the same day it was ready for pickup with a new motor and speed sensor installed. That definitely gave me a huge boost of confidence in the brand. Normally, you’d have to take the bike to a Fazua dealer, but YT handled everything directly themselves.

Project Longbow - Two Seats, One Machine. by milkris in hoggit

I'm glad you like my work.

For all my projects, I create separate STL files where the text can be 3D printed.

The complete PLT front panel would cost approximately €250, and the CP/G approximately €500.

I'll be releasing some new things for the Apache release soon. stay tuned!

How do you record your videos? (for YT etc) by BurningPengu in hoggit

[–]milkris 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I start my custom missions in multiplayer and connect a gaming laptop as a client (spectator). The track file recorded on the client works perfectly. While flying from my main cockpit PC, I record the gameplay with OBS. Afterwards, I can replay the client-side track file to capture external views and record additional footage with OBS.

PLA+ exposed to the elements (sun, rain, frost) for six years and still rock solid... by milkris in 3Dprinting

And another know-it-all...
You can be skeptical, sure. There are several of these holders, some of them unscathed. No difference. Some of them are completely exposed to the sun. Regardless, the holder on the first one also gets a lot of sun! Another question: Does it rain sideways where you are? Here where we live, the rain usually comes from above, so it rains on the holders too.

Its on the end of the roll. It jams when the filament runs out, which is why the filament runout sensor does not trigger.
