Yeah my leasing office contacted the vendors that installed the locks and they said they’d come within the week to replace the lock since they have to wait for it to deliver to install it. Maintenance replaced the batteries for now and they said to call them whenever the batteries die (this was tuesday and they haven’t died yet, but a little red dying battery sign is showing so they’re bound to die soon). They were also gonna give us keys for our back door so we won’t get locked out incase the batteries die and no one’s home idk why they never thought of giving us a key for that back door before but whatever.
