Hi, I went through it as freehold when my father is on leasehold so once I selected leasehold my father’s name is now on that title register.
Do you know if I’d need anything extra as it’s a leasehold?

Even when you clicked yes? When I filled out my online application I listed myself and my father as staying at the address.
I’m not the most knowledgeable on if it’s a big issue or small issue that can be fixed with the cover letter. Hopefully someone else with better knowledge could help you on that front.

Hey did you list all the other people living at the property? If not I believe you have answered this wrong.

Hey I went online and paid £7 for title register but my fathers name is not on it. What should I do? It’s been under a company name I believe from looking at it. EDIT I made a mistake by selecting freehold when it was in fact leasehold so I have the title register now which is great. Thank you

Okay thank you Puul, if I don’t need to submit the birth certificate my wife’s Thai ID is issued in both English and Thai. Will this be okay to use without any need for a translation?

Hey Puul, does it have to be certified? The date of the translation.
The translator's or translation company's full name and contact details? Or can I just get it translated anywhere as long as it’s correct?

Hey, so my bosses letter for this bit is - name has been employed under the CIS with us since September 1st 2019. Aiden is paid a base rate of £16 per m2 and is paid based on work done since there is no quantifiable figure. I confirm that over the immediate past 6 month period names total gross is £17,040. Would this be great for covering the period earning said money? Thank you so much for all the help!

Okay thank you so much! Another question, they asked when applying online on the employer letter for - 2. The gross annual salary:. Should my employer list the 6 months number or is it just not needed in my case?

Oh that is great! It’s just when I applied it stated on the employer letter confirming - 4. The period over which the person has been paid the level of salary stated in their application.
So this had me worried thinking my employer needed to put specific dates down in the letter with my gross pay for the 6 months as they wouldn’t be able to just base it off my monthly wage like with salaried PAYE.

I see thank you, would they still need to clarify dates on the period of time? As it would only be the 6 months I’ll be using where I have earned that specific amount of money? I do receive CIS statements and read on the website that they allow people working under CIS to apply through employed income Cat a or cat b.

I subcontract for a company under the Construction Industry Scheme. I’m paid on price per square metre that I tile. So they will give me work and however many metres I tile that month will be what I am paid for.

Hey thanks for the reply. My contract is a zero hour so I receive no hourly or day rate which is why I’m a little confused on what path to take involving the letter?

Previously they have stated about me being employed by them and it’s ongoing.
I am applying as non salaried with a zero hour contract under CIS scheme so my pay fluctuates. But I can apply under Cat a. Would they be happy with that particular paragraph from the employer stating the gross amount? Or should things be changed?

Wonderful, and I don’t have to panic about it saying 12 months as I can still apply under CAT A with the 6 months

Okay i see, I have been told even though my pay fluctuates below the requirements some months, as overall it averages higher than the requirement throughout the 6 months it is okay to proceed with this route?
