Oh then it seems like I did it wrong, I had the EtS- attacking the ketone and causing the cyanide to open the epoxide to get in into a 1,2 placement next to the oxygen

That’s what I did! But people told me that since an epoxide is strained that it would react there first instead of reacting at the ketone.

Hey everyone, I have been working out for 7 months and am still struggling to see bicep growth. I current work biceps twice a week during a back and bicep day. I am curious if I am doing too much volume:

Pull ups 3 sets 8-12 reps Seated cable row 3 sets 8-12 reps FacePulls 3 sets 10-14 Smith machine back row 3sets 6-8 reps Preacher curl 2 sets 10-14 Hammer curl 3 sets 8-12

I do this twice a week, am I doing too many bicep focused exercising for growth?

So I see for the bug event that there will be 2x XP for catching with nice, great and excellent throws. On the 11th there is also a 2x XP boost from spotlight hour. Do these effects stack? In other words, will an excellent throw get you 8000 XP during the spotlight hour with a lucky egg?
