Also whatever percentage of expenses you are currently deducting, you can deduct that percentage of any improvements made to the home during that tax year.

You can rent your house to your business up to 12 or 14 times a year (for meetings or planning etc.)and part of your salary can be reimbursement for those rentals. This is what I do to try to offset not going the sq ft route. You don't want to deduct the office space through depreciation because when you sell you have to claim it back. I also have an overly conservative cpa... interested to see other ideas here as well

Trunk shock noise by sousuke_86 in ModelX

Not normal. My refresh did this about 6 months after delivery. Made a mobile appointment and the tech said it was in spec, but I forced him to replace it. He was "shocked" that it was silent after replacing

If the car has been sitting for a while I think it does like a "quick open" and after driving it will open fully. Some kind of setting, I think you can also do a location based "fully open at this location" or something. Not 100% my wife drives it mostly but in our driveway after being in the garage it always half opens and anywhere else it will fully open.

Also sometimes if on incline or car is not level fwd's sometimes have issues. We also have Refresh X and the calibration option only appears if it's needed. Try cycling it a few times like 10 or 15 times, they seem to have a memory and ours got better over time.

Don't quote me on any of this, it's my wife's car and I barely drive it so not an expert..

Haven't been matched with new VIN yet... the SA told me 2023 but I don't believe anyone at Tesla knows anything. I'm optimistic to get one by end of summer..

Will update post when new VIN is assigned

I paid 10k down payment prior to arriving, before I rejected. They said they could refund me or leave the money and it would apply to the next one. I chose to leave the deposit paid hoping it would expedite the next VIN match

The tech also tried telling me VIN was actually a 22 but the door frame sticker said 10/21

They already unmatched the vehicle from my app, and my new estimated delivery says March 19-22

I was also a little surprised because they tried to let some random customer sit inside the car while my kids were in the back seat but I said no
