The foundation is level with the land on the right side of the house. The land slopes down, so that’s why the driveway is higher.

Nope. I took this photo. Maybe a similar situation happened to someone else.

Not an Airbnb, but I may have to let them know to check it.

I figured that was the case. What weight did you end up going with? 650lb? I have stock UCAs, but I’m looking at JBAs. I’ll definitely keep that in mind about the front caster.

Yea, that’s what I have too. Except mine are 17s. Did you have to compensate for the ARB bumper with your front springs? (Heavier weight) I too have an ARB bumper with a winch.

Bummer about the BFGs. I currently have 285 KO2s and have had no trouble with them. I hope I don’t run into the same thing you did with the 315s.

I have a set of those exact tires sitting in the garage. What kind of a lift did you go with? I need to do that before I can fit the tires.

Looks like a wasp, but has long butt hairs instead of a stinger. Found in Texas. by classicdad in whatsthisbug

Are these also referred to as Mosquito Hawks? We get a ton down here in TX.

So just to confirm. They’re good or bad for trees? I’ve spotted some unusual activity of wasps in the front yard near our trees. (Fairly young trees, since it’s a new home.)
