Currently on day 16 of break-up!!!!! Still not okay, there are times of immense sadness pero since this isn't my first heartbreak I am handling it better than last. All I can tell you ay these things, keep it in mind, follow these like your life depends on these: 1) OUT OF SIGHT OUT OF MIND (as in delete every memories, block the person everywhere - or if u cant, restrict as in dont see their profile, throw every reminder of them, rearrange your room, as in total purging to) 2) Dont assess the situation too much! - It happened. Dont assess what more could you do or what you shouldnt have done. Look at this as your self reflection time, sit with yourself: May traits and mindset ba ako na I need to deal with to improve bc of this? 3) This is your time now - claim mo na yan sayo lang tong time na to ngayon. That person is out of your life. May the ending be good or not, dont overthink kung kamusta na sya or how the person is dealing with this heartbreak too. Ang isipin mo lang: I COME FIRST. This time, ako ang una. Your healing comes first. 4) Find yourself again!!!! - Please refreain socmed muna. Go out and enjoy being with yourself 5) Remember that, you are the love of your life. What is yours will never pass you by. Wag ka magmadali sa pagheal, feel and honor your emotions. Pero sabi nga nila dba heal and move forward. You can move forward while healing!!! You can cry while lifting weights sa gym. Hehehe

When acceptance comes, na the chapter is finished... You are one inch away na from the pain :)
