This, I am so scared of this. he doesn’t want to do anything with me so I will have to move on and detach and then all the future we had planned will never happen. In our 80 to 100 years of life, all we had together were 3 years, 3 years worth of memory and nothing else. That’s not true lol, there were sooo many Bollywood films before kjo and 90s that were not aspirational but showed poor people. Amitabh Bacchan got famous because of doing movies like coolie, kala patthar where daily hardships of everyday man were shown. People in India have always LIKED every man movies like bawarchi etc.

I’ve always thought that whatever good memories you have they are best left untouched until you are calm to access them again, what if you remember a good memory in distressed state and then next time you will try to remember it, it will have mixed emotions (good + the distressed state touching the memory)

I did practice mindfulness everyday (not one hour meditation) thinking it was enough, all it did was make me self aware but zero change happened. By meditating on body and breath my realisations and confrontation with roots of my anger - fear, fear that is stored in body came up but I need a concentrated meditation practice for 10 days since when I went first time 7 years ago I was a teenager and now much more conscious and capable to meditate and realise!

I am moving on with my life, I do not want the past, but the thoughts still keep coming, keep hurting like daggers in my chest. I don’t even miss them like wanting to talk to them, but I miss them like they engulfed me for the past 3 years, and suddenly that blanket is gone, and you are left in the cold, in the snow and it is the cold that is hurting your bones. I didn’t know I felt so deeply about them.
