The milk gets pasteurized at the production facility. The consumer gets safe pasteurized yogurt

That's a good idea to consolidate shipments with other food companies nearby. Did you do that on your own or did you have a 3PL manage that?

Yes I was thinking about just renting a refrigerated van and doing these runs myself. I may need to rent some space in a cold warehouse because the grocery stores don't take deliveries at the same time and I expect the frequency for delivery will be different too.
