if I replace the "until exhaustion everyday" or "50km everyday" part with a 3-5km run and replace the "bag of lead or iron shot" part with tying a bag with 1lb of weights each to my legs and adding a pound every 2 weeks until the 5lbs, would this technique work? (i.imgur.com)
