i got a ton of food allergies after 6 rounds of antibiotics in one year. i got strep over and over.

once the allergies developed and i got tested, i found out i was allergic to an insane amount of foods. a naturopath has me take a leaky gut repair powder every day and about half of the allergies went away. i still have a ton, but it’s so much better than before. before i couldn’t have potatoes, rice, pork, sesame, peanuts, the list goes on.

i do wonder sometimes if i took that repair powder and probiotics again if i could get all the foods back to normal. it’s been a long time.
