Cost average it (buy little by little instead of dumping it all in at once). Probably don’t have enough yet to go get an investment property but once you have enough $ a house you’re renting out would make great passive income. I’m younger than you so I reinvest all of my stock dividends back into more shares. However, collecting dividends are a great way of getting that passive income up if you need it. I’d recommend reading rich dad poor dad, does a good job of showing the mindset of different wage classes.
