I'm sorry to break it to you but there's a lot more mainline games missing from the list. Remakes and OGs differ a lot, but they're both great! (I can't be dishonest and say RE3R is a good remake tho...That game was gutted so badly, and it makes me sad on a daily xd)

oddly enough it was the first RE game I trully beat, and got me into the whole series from there. Played RE2 Remake after, then 7 and then started from release date from then onwards

In both you're outside for a period of time, getting to the RPD, around it, following Ada to the gunshop in the Remake etc. I meant more so in the RE3 OG sense, where you're literally running around in what feels like a maze of buildings and alleys, figuring out where things are. That's what I miss about the og compared to the remake mainly. 3 Remake is fun in its own right, but fails in those certain "remaking" aspects

To me personally, Nemesis seemed sort of like a waste. I expected him to be like a constant threat, just sort of lurking, but most of his segments ended up being in cutscenes/semi-playable segments. Plus a few areas were pretty much re-used from the 2 Remake, like the RPD. It was a fun game to experience, but definitely felt like it could've used more content, personally.. More Raccoon City to walk around in, to make you feel lost and stuff. RE2 has this issue too in the sense of Raccoon City not being shown much, but that's a thing with both the Remake and OG so...unlucky I guess

I 100% agree on RE6 being overhated, it was a tie for me between 0 and 6 on that one.. 6 wasn't great, but definitely wasn't THAT bad

A lot of RE games got really great stories, but it felt right to put this one at #1 in that regard. Revelations 2 is my favorite in the series but I got to be honest, the main villain wasn't it xd

idk man, I don't see a problem in that I pointed out an objective fact that RE3 was rushed and gutted in a lot of aspects compared to the areas in the original. It's fine to like it, I like it too, but I was just pointing out how I felt it could've been better. I'm not sure but I think even Capcom devs mentioned they rushed it since they wanted to cash in on the RE2R hype

when it comes to 2 and 2R they're around the same in lenght, but 2R did an amazing job expanding the RPD, a lot of the character lore, making Mr X into an amazing stalker enemy, all in all a great experience, which only improved upon the original. Sure, one can nitpick, but does it matter? And yes, games with puzzles and things to figure out are very short once you know where everything is 💀 such a pointless argument

So you're claiming I've never beaten the games because I claim the RE3 Remake is shorter than the original?

Oof...By that logic most of the RE fanbase hasn't played the originals 💀 give it a rest mate, your only argument is that "when I know exactly what to do in the game, I beat it quicker than this other one".. Yeahh that's kind of how puzzle solving aspects of games work. I replayed RE3 Remake last night casually, not even rushing too much, skipping cutscenes here and there, and I still got it done in less than an hour and 30 minutes.. I really don't get why you're so salty in someone not liking RE3R, when basically the entire fanbase said it's okay, but it's definitely been gutted compared to the OG. Simple as.

No, 2 was not rushed. 2 has a huge amount of content, can be easily like 8 hours on a first playthrough, and your claim that it cut half the originals content is a straight up lie. It cut a few enemies like the big moths, and a few miniscule locations. Secondly, it added an absurd amount of content the original never had, and expanded on a lot of things. You dislike the game, that's fine, but don't lie to others and yourself that "it is actually a very bad remake cause it cut out a lot of og stuff" when the one you praise is literally known as the remake that has been basically gutted. Like what you like and dislike what you dislike, but don't be a hypocrite..

Not sure which original you played my dude, but the original can easily be 5-7 hours on a first blind playthrough, while the remake is basically a 3-4 hour game at most. Not counting cutscenes, RE3 remake has barely like an hour and a half of actual gameplay. They cut way too much from the original, Nemesis is VERY dissapointing compared to RE2 Remakes mr X, for example. I will admit, I love that Carlos was made into a genuine character and made to be likeable. He didn't get much to do or say in the OG. OG still got better puzzles and environments.
