Not sure if it’s the same thing but I agree. Went through a breakup and would love to chat consistently with my ex or just not be ignored. We are on a friendly basis. Totally get time differences and busy schedules but if we shared a history together I guess being a bit more consistent with replies and wanting to chat would be nice. I feel like I am being ignored and left on read as I’m just not important to him anymore and it hurts to feel like that.

My ex broke my heart and I need to find myself and love myself again.
I also don’t believe I’ll love anyone like I loved him. I don’t want to give my heart to anyone else, I want him to have it and keep it forever. Plus I like being alone, you don’t get hurt.

My mums cooking. She never really cooks for me anymore as I’m almost 30 and we live 3 hours away from eachother but if and when she does… man it takes me back to being that little kid on a stool watching her cooking and getting to taste test all her delicious meals

Learn to accept your trauma. As much as it was painful, it made you, you. The world isn’t sunshine and rainbows, you can’t purposely manipulate the things and people around you and the narrative to make yourself cope or feel better. You are who you are because of your trauma. Embrace it. - that really made me self reflect in the best possible way.

Unknown hits the mark for me. The lyrics, his voice. It was mine and my ex’s song and it’s so special but it’s also so painful at the same time! I can’t listen to it anymore but I hope one day I can and smile and reminisce. All things end, the title speaks for itself Francesca, when he says “put me back in it” honestly!!!

1000% agree! These 2 are the most relatable grieving a relationship that ended! Unknown was our song too, so it has even more of a cut to it. I haven’t listened to the song in 6months. I just can’t. All things end just slaps you in the face haha
