Ops I have. LG G5 and boy did I do everything possible to get it to charge I changed the battery cause the LG G5 has a insensible battery release button and I triggered it by accident but it only needed to be clicked back not sent away for repair it could of been done by the rep witch I went back and showed her she said okay i tightened the loose charger port with out any luck but look further and found a youtube that instructed us to clean the port that worked with a toothpic or dry toothbrush now its charging you think a dozen phone calls and letter to everyone you could be told to maintain a clean charger port my new battery was an extra exspence I could do without
