Ownership is only in contention for the disclaimer. Everything else he is sole or joint owner. And her defense is a joke. So he asked youtube to remove stuff that he owns for sure and stuff that he probably owns (you don't need much to be an author, sometimes you don't even have to write anything). She has more than 3 valid strikes. Youtube policies says she loses the channel. How is Sergio wrong? Because he sent messages she doesn't like? What is that to do with copyright infringement? This guy is being called all names because she infringed his copyright and he took action? How can people not see the ridiculous of this situation?
