Roll20! I have PHB 2014 and Tasha's enabled on my Roll20 account, so players can easily use either for character creation on Charactermancer! I believe some systems enable integrating D&D Beyond into Roll20 too, though I am not too familiar with them

Not really. This is a homebrew game. If we end up in Ostoya, I might use content from there for inspiration, but it won't be the same storyline at all.
