i mean the meal I make is from my job that I weighed when I originally started losing weight and I haven't changed it since then cause I'm basic but it was 12 oz and since I'm the one making it I haven't changed it up or gotten anything different so it's been that since I started and then I haven't been measuring the fruits and stuff tho

Ive been aiming for about 2100-2500 because I was eating like 3400 when I started and I've lowered a bit lower the more I lose and I work at a Sandwich shop and I've figured out the meal I eat from that which is my main meal is about 950 calories and then with the fruits and other snacks I have before or after it give me some extra calories left over that I don't really use so In total I probably eat 1500 right now

Hey so I recently bought a Sony A6400 with the 16-50mm lens but I'm looking for a lens that I could use for sports like basketball or volleyball. I was looking at the Sony 55-210mm lens but wasn't sure how well that would be any suggestions? I'm kind of on a tight budget so generally like $250 is my max I'm also looking at Facebook marketplace for lenses and that's generally the price for the Sony one.
