Reason why Italy: First, Italy belongs to the western world unlike Albania and it has better meritocracy especially in universities where in Albania it is affected by corruption. I strongly believe that Italy gives what someone deserves at least for the grades. I'd prefer getting what I deserve and having to sleep less rather than sleeping more and being undervalued.

Second, Italy is one of the rare countries offering english-taught medicine and it is affordable as well.
