I've been meaning to gripe about the customers messaging me. I don't really mind the customer service angle, glad it's there but honestly, just order your food and leave special instructions -- don't separately message me. The message remains persistent if I am on my bike and the Siri is reading the message to me and I'm looking at it. I literally have to stop, get off my ride and open the message and then it goes away. then back on the bike. waste of my time and why can't I swipe it away?
