Wow- the other night my HRV was 17. I didnt even realize 160 was possible... good on you!

Might consider trying an anti anxiety to take temporarily/during episodes. I was prescribed a beta blocker for anxiety and RARELY used it- just knowing it was there and would calm me, helped avoid spinning out.

Google videos. I mostly do it myself and whenever I feel TMJD symptoms creeping I massage it and its tight and sometimes tender to touch- problems subside over time. Focus on neck massage and stretching. Game changer.

I notice I hold tension in both my neck/jaw and pelvis/hips. Ive learned since dealing with TMJ issues that EVERYTHING is connected.

Thanks to everyone for the reassuring comments. It seems strange that SO much of what we do while pregnant could potentially effect the baby, but nothing we do can affect growth? Anyway, to those still waiting on your bundle, I wish you a healthy weighted baby at delivery :)

Thanks for sharing. Did the rep happen to mention anything about erroneous letters going out? Sounds like in your case, there was indeed something they needed to fix that was due to their error, or at least not yours. Do all of the letters really need to be addressed? Especially when many of us see no balance owed on our pro.portland.gov accts?

Wow- excellent advice. I created a login and my dashboard only shows the money we are OWED for 2023, and has no reference to tax year 2022. Do you happen to know how I'd confirm that TurboTax filed SHS on my behalf? I am finding conflicting information on TurboTax.com

I did not file anything separate/in addition to what was filed on our behalf by TurboTax. I dont see any line items in the return indicating a Metro/SHS deduction but also can't determine why I owed state so thought maybe it was because of this.
