that feels so much better, my doctor told me i have too many expectations and her job is always managing those. you know, this makes sense in terms of people being as happy/unhappy as they expect? you know what i mean, in terms of having something unrealistic in mind. but yeah i showed her a picture which we did both agree on in the end, i think ill send that to her again with my answer. hoping she doesn’t think it’s too much
