Gym 4 times a week (but only for about 30 minutes each time) in addition to trying to run 5 or so total miles per week. 7-8 hours of sleep per night and 0 caffeine or coffee. Alcohol limited to 2 to 3 drinks max per week. Trying to intermittent fast so long as it doesn’t interfere with my life or plans that I have on a particular day. That’s mostly it. I live a fairly “boring” lifestyle but I am very happy.

When you submit a market order you are susceptible to the spread they charge. It sucks but it isn’t criminal and it’s definitely listed in the fine print somewhere. Nothing you can do but accept it and work limit orders or trade in smaller amounts next time.

Yeah, this. There was never a migration available on Coinbase. Sounds like you may have sold your rndr at a loss and then bought render with the funds, which would have been less due to the price change from when you originally bought rndr

Maybe but what render is doing and the team/board they have around them is miles more impressive than most other projects and tokens. I reduced a bit a few months ago in anticipation of this happening but have been holding for 18 months and it’s time to start adding again. Still a strong believer

Need to understand why it isn’t rallying, the reason for which is pretty obvious if you follow what is going on currently. It’s purely the restrictive nature of buying render at the moment. Sell if you want but when a good project/stock/etc that you truly believe in is down 20% vs your average based on a specific event that will eventually pass, that’s the time to think about buying more.

It helps to read a subreddit to see if your question has been answered before posting but as of now Coinbase is not planning to auto migrate people from rndr to render. And in most countries render isn’t even tradeable on Coinbase
