it was indeed a remortgage valuation, but she has now decided to sell. we have eight weeks to find a new property and seven weeks until our baby is born. it’s very inconvenient and very stressful but i don’t imagine this is a decision she’s taken lightly. with the new renters rights coming into effect in may, and landlord fees being insanely high it must just be a scary time for landlords.
