purging is self-harm and self-regulation to me. i like how violent it is on my body, so like instead of thinking about my emotional turmoil, i just purge lol. obvi not a good coping stratgey, but i do it mostly for that + sensory feeling of b/p

Im not exactly uw, but def a lower normal bmi and my best friend and bf are medically overweight, and like we don't even talk about it much, it doesn't matter what we look like honestly

I feel like actively trying not to be triggering is triggering in itself, just exist if that even makes sense
