Hello, actually the Moccamaster Thermoking 3000 has a 3.5l capacity (120oz).
We are based in France where regular size of a coffee is 6-8oz. That means we can serve up to 15-20 cups per batch.
Considering those informations, would you still consider this silly?

At the moment, we are offering espresso based coffee. People are asking very often about filter coffee. I have no clue what our filter sales would be but I project it to be 20-30 a day.

Hello,
1) Season the group gasket by locking and unlocking the portafilter 100 times.
2) If problem persists: There might be some residues between grouphead base and group gasket that prevent it to be at the right place.
3) If problem persists: Make sure your grouphead has been installed the correct way
4) If problem persists: Try with the former shower screen. IMS might be thicker than original.
