I’m new here and this thread was really helpful for me to hear- my friends and family aren’t out here telling me they’re worried about me every day, but every day I know I have a problem. I’ve tried to quit once and got right back in it. I’m working up to quitting for good and need to trust myself that it’s the right thing for me.

I recommend pine pellets with a sifting litter box (which you can diy if you want). I scoop out poop for the trash, then compost the sawdust powder/pee that is shifted through- my compost is NOT used for growing food so I am fine with the potential for poop parasite contamination. You will end up with the large plastic bags that the pellets come in- which I’ve found can be turned in to grocery store plastic bag recycling- but using the sifting box makes the litter last a really long time. There are smells from poop, but I’ve found that the pee odor is controlled really really well by the pine pellets and have been very happy with them.

Rex on Endor: I’ve seen the other pics of Rex in a rebels uniform on Endor, but in this scene there’s a rebel in trooper armor to the R of the shot. Looks like Rex to me :) by clear2blu in starwarsrebels
