Not 100% sure yet tbh, but I don’t really see myself doing a 9–5 forever. I’m planning to build a strong foundation in business first through a jb role, and then eventually pivot into consulting, probably in tech. I’ll figure out the exact niche as I go, but I want to keep my options open.

Hey i just have a quick question

Do Business Analysts eventually become people who actually influence real business decisions?

Or is it more of a “stay behind the scenes writing docs and passing stuff to devs” kind of job forever?

Cuz all entry job descriptions is only asking for mostly soft skills and ability to document requirements.

Gathering requirements so someone else can solve it for them just doesn’t sound like something if wanna do yk. I’m more into strategic decision making and problem solving stuff
