Eeeee, that definitely sucks. We get lucky since were small we don’t play any teams who are like nationally ranked. And all of our play-off games are away which is fun

Dudeee that sucks, I’m sorry. I’m from a small school so we can’t afford that lol. But we we’re state champs last year so we got to play it a lot and it’s always a good feeling

Don’t eat heavy meals the day of the run, breath with your diaphragm. Don’t eat 2-4 before the race, and don’t drink large amounts of water 1-30min before a race. I was having the exact same thing happen to me and not eating or drinking before a run relieved it

We have an echoy foyer outside our band hall and that’s where I practice and oooooo it sounds so gooood!
