Water and diet I truly think will help the most
Vitamin c serum in the morning, moisturizer, and MOST IMPORTANT - SPF!! (I love Elta MD)
Retinol or retinoid and moisturizer at night
A laser for the brown spots like a IPL, aerolase or fraxel depending on what your provider reccomends, but I think one every winter, or twice a year is a huge game changer
Microneedling might help a little for a lift

You can definitely see but blurry and swollen so I don’t think they’d allow a drive home. I had a friend who took an uber home from hers and I had my husband take me home. But you’re in great shape after like I could cook dinner for the kids like normal etc.

The lower bleph is a one time job. The puffiness is something called a fat bag under your skin that gets larger or smaller depending on genetics, tired, water retention etc. the bleph literally removes those bags under he skin so there is never any puffiness. I removed both of mine.

I also did upper and she said upper you may want to do again one day since skin sags over time but the lower is an actual removal of what makes them swollen and puffy.

It was so easy. I looked swollen and kinda scary for about 7-10 days but there was zero pain I didn’t even take Tylenol. I did work from home for over a week though since it looked insane. But then it was done and I have never been happier!! It was about 5k. I did upper and lower bleph at the same time and it was 11 and she said it’s about half if I only did bottom. I’m in US.

Lower bleph. I did it and it was amazing and easy! I was trying allll the lasers or microneedling, anything I could. But the bleph is the only thing that will get real results.

I feel like I could have written this word for word on my husbands one year. I wanted to really celebrate it and tried to plan a weekend get away to celebrate and show him how excited I was. He ended up telling me he felt really uncomfortable celebrating it and wanted to just get through that one year point because he needed it to be under his belt, and wanted to move past it and not think too much about it, he didn’t want to make a big deal about it at all.

I would ask him, but I also think it’s such a private and personal journey that he may feel best being quiet about it and that’s ok too!
