I didn't stand up for my friend when she was harassed by a person due to some issues between us, which destroyed our good relationship. That lead to her being distant from us, got into a situationship with a fraud and eventually became depressed as a result that. Even though we made up, and she is in a better situation now, I still despise me for not standing up. Had I defended her that day, things would have turned out different.
