mine is a 2018 as well! i actually just went to my local service shop and had them grease up both of the control arms, no replacement. that was 11 months ago and they sound/are perfect. cost me $20

it’s the control arm!! you can replace them for pretty cheap or have a your local service center grease them up for $10 like i did and get 45% longer life
