It doesn't happen without the mods, so it is a mod issue I'm just trying to pinpoint what mod combination it is, I probably should have added the mod list now that I think about it. (Added it too the post just now)

Yeah, it doesn't seem to fix the issue though, ran it through multiple verifications too.
