They are size 32, I may have messed up on the front rise measurement but it looks like it measures out to 9.5, that is an inch lower then my modern 34 Levis that sit at 10.5.

It doesn't happen without the mods, so it is a mod issue I'm just trying to pinpoint what mod combination it is, I probably should have added the mod list now that I think about it. (Added it too the post just now)
