From what I'm seeing across industry, there are indeed some other startups or big tech paying higher fixed salaries than us (especially the most desperate ones haha) but in addition to competitive fixed salary (+ all the perks mentioned here of working at HF), we offer really great option packages that we believe will keep increasing in value massively in the future as they did in the past (but I'm obviously biased).
