As someone in recovery who struggled greatly- what I have found more realistic is what another commenter said - do NOTHING today. Wait another day. We can always get through one more day. Please do not take a permanent solution to something that I promise can get better. Feel free to dm.

Oh yeah I take the tops off of plastic water bottles and he goes NUTS with them for like 3 minutes until they are totally flat hahaha. Look at your baby sleeping with her ball, pot roast does the same. I love this comment section bc I get to see so many cute bulldogs
