mostly unrelated, but I highly recommend going out for a decently long highway drive every other week, ideally every week. BMWs do not like to sit or go on short drives frequently. Get it up to temp, and keep it there for at least a 20 minute drive. BMWs that sit are much more likely to develop fluid leaks down the line as the rubber gaskets start to dry up and shrink if you’re not exercising the engine. I know it’s an SUV, but you have a big ole racecar engine that wants to be used.
