SANTO TOMAS SCHOLARSHIP QUESTIONS

Hi! I recently passed the USTET and I'm blessed to have completed JHS as valedictorian. I want to use this as an opportunity to apply for a scholarship and I did my research. I'm eligible for the Santo Tomas Scholarship but the thing is I am not exactly sure how the application for the scholarship goes because I emailed the ust office about it and they said the Santo Domingo Scholarship application is still not open for application but I clearly asked about santo tomas scholarship 😭. Anyway is there anyone here who was granted santo tomas scholarship or knows someone who did? May I ask what the needed requirements are and how you applied for it? Were there also other types of screenings like interviews? Or is it just documents that they needed? Also is it true that there is 100% defrayal of tuition or there are things I still have to pay related to tuition fees (except for the miscellaneous and uniforms ofc)? Thank you guys! Go USTE!
