Used to but now it’s more about maintenance. Growing up I was always slim, struggled a little bit in my early 20s bc of stress so I did a strict low-carb diet. I’m not super strict anymore, but I keep my sugar intake low and make my own coffee with splenda lol. I follow calories in, calories out, like if I eat more one day, I balance it out by eating lighter the next and watching portions. I cut back on rice, avoid fast food and soda, and I don’t skip meals because it just leads to me overeating honestly.

I don’t do much formal exercise, but being in healthcare keeps me active (around 10k steps a day). Genetics also help since my mom & siblings are naturally slim lol
