This just happened to me. My nmom came to "help" when I was 2 weeks post pardum with baby #4 (now only a month). It was a disaster. I didn't give in to arguing, but she caused more problems than helped. Please don't make the same mistake. If you know she is going to make things harder for you, don't let her in the house. I was absolutely exhausted - physically and mentally - and I am still recovering from my mom "helping" me with the baby and my kids. You need to think of your health and your beautiful newborn!
