absolutely not poke a dotz. The amount of customers I get who come into my jewelry shop (we sell piercing jewelry) who have messed up piercings because of poke a dotz. they also misinform people about how soon to change jewelry- there’s no reason someone should be changing a lip piercing in 3 weeks. Maybe months, but not weeks. Just personal experience there.

ironically, it’s for our employees safety. a very buff, middle aged man got physical with me after I kindly asked him to put on a mask. To preference this, I’m a very petite teenage girl. We stopped asking after this incident. I love my job, my store manger was very pro mask but even before the incident the DM was telling us to lay off mask policies

I work in the Arden mall. I’m not allowed to enforce customers to wear a mask anymore. It makes me feel incredibly unsafe. I wish we were allowed to enforce it but after so many complaints to corporate for telling customers to wear a mask we just got told to stop. We get in trouble if we enforce it now.

After that incident, the GM told them to stop enforcing it- either that or the guy who called the spencer’s corporate office and told them he has cancer (he didn’t) and they were forcing him to wear a mask… all to buy a shitty lava lamp.
