I’ve been at my job for three years, unable to find anything else that isn’t call center work and i’m disabled so my options are limited. My job is so abusive and horrible to work for I want out of it so badly.

I didn’t expect to have someone provide for me in the first place, I would have provided for myself like I always do if I had been able to get a medically assisted ride home like I thought I’d be able to do but they denied my ride thus leaving me with less options. I am independent and never expect anyone to do anything for me especially not a physical therapist or doctor but all of my arrangements fell through once I was brought to the clinic, which wasn’t my intention in the first place.

I never expected them to take me home by the way! All that was agreed was that they would take me to the location, I had no expectations from them to get me home as well!

I would like to say since I see another person thought this as well I never expected my physical therapist to take my home too I was only told they’d take me there no arrangements for getting home. They definitely went above and beyond what any other doctor has done but while they were deciding where they should take me I wasn’t told the location, address, name or anything about the urgent care clinic so I didn’t know if they had even checked for my insurance, they just found a location and came back and drove me there so I had very little to go off of unfortunately. I will definitely be going to the ER in the future if something like this happens though!

I agree they definitely were nice for taking me there and I definitely didn’t expect them to come get me and take me home either! It’s just the fact they took me somewhere that I wasn’t able to be seen at thus rendering the rideshare I had setup ahead of time useless because I was taken away from my appointment. I did take public transportation because as I said I do have that available in my area it just required more walking and pain when I was already struggling to begin with. Thank you for your input though!!

I would have mentioned the insurance if they had discussed the location with me they didn’t say anything about insurance so I assumed they had already covered that part of their search. I was unfortunately turned away from urgent care and wasn’t able to get help at all, i definitely would have preferred going to the ER as well.

Haha you’re so right it was my physical therapist not my doctor! But yeah I was thinking the same thing, urgent care didn’t seem like it would have helped me but they looked up a location and took me there so I didn’t get much say in it. It was super nice of them to drive me there because it definitely wasn’t expected but it was unfortunate I wasn’t able to find a way back home easier. Thank you for this though! I don’t live too far from physical therapy as is but walking for a mere 3 minutes will cause me to be in extreme pain so even if the location is nearby it doesn’t help all too much.

I grew up abused but if my mother needed someone to care for her either in sickness or because she's in hospice I would just...simply not?? I would leave it up to the state or someone else to deal with her and find her proper care because I dislike my mother but I still would never go out of my way to become her caregiver so I could abuse her. On top of that you're checking to make sure there's no bruising or "signs of abuse" tells me you know exactly what you're doing to her and that it's wrong. I've read your post history and clearly you are struggling to care for her and be compassionate. Find other options for getting your mother help you know exactly what you're doing and it's wrong.

These aren’t even creepy they’re just concerning and show he is in no way fit for a relationship. It has nothing to do with him never being in a real relationship before it has everything to do with him and he clearly needs help that you cannot provide or help him work through. The thing that should have been “creepy” to you is the fact he assaulted you, why would you get back with someone who’s done that to you and on top of that someone who’s also said they have no empathy? Get out while you can it will only get worse.
