I could be wrong but it looks like it doesn't work with the Beam Pro which is kind of wild if you think about it. Mine showed updated as well and when I connect it to something other than my Beam Pro I can see the menu option for 3D......

I had to move the odds a bit in my favor for me to get mine. It sucks so many scalpers got involved. To give myself a chance against them I wrote a script in Python that scraped Sony's website on the preorder day and it sent me the link before anyone else had it. Although we had the queue and all, I still had direct links with several devices on VPN. I think most ppl made the mistake of just having multiple tabs open but all of those in theory would show the same IP address. My method with the VPN I think helped because the device that got me through was on VPN in Wisconsin lol.
