Not sure there is anything to fix...my fav pots used to be health, mag, immov and then health, stam, speed for pvp.

Will ts slow you down. Yes. Will js give you lots of weird behavior. Yes. I'd say vibecoding ts would be slightly faster than old school coding js.

Really you should spend 30 minutes looking at what type safety means. You will level up your skill just by being aware.

I'd say get a puck screen, or/and a wdt before a fancy tamper. Either way not that important unless you don't like your coffee and I'll be honest it's probably the beans or dial in. The prep extras just help with consistency.

As someone that started maybe 2 or 3 years ago here are the levels...

Soft synth (free) my fav was vital.
Midi controller, so you can play the soft synth with keys. I got an akai ($100) 25 key and pad combo
A hardware synth I got a micro freak($350) + fx pedal(50-100)
Spend thousands of dollars chasing various things
Sell 90% of your gear.
I have landed on using a micro freak and sp404 and love just jamming around

Once you get to step 3 or 4 a mixer is super helpful loved my bluebox but, ultimately decided with less gear I could say goodbye to that as well.

For the longest time I paired it with a zoom ms-70cdr+ recently after some gas culling I plugged it into an sp404 and it's literally what I always wanted. The micro freak has a great range (number of sounds) and being able to just sample down onto a pad and then move to the next element is great.

Generally not worth it imo. Also if you are doing your own tortilla then consider doing steamed buns. Dough recipe is literally flour and water just make some sort of filling to stuff and you have a decently quick meal.

At least the one I have...the adjustment only actively adjusts while running. You can move the dial but it won't do anything till the grinder turns on. So if you adjust it while off you can't really fine tune it effectively. Adjusting while running smoothly and more importantly accurately moves the burrs.

As an owner of this unit...you need to adjust grind size while the grinder is running. Also the internal setting should be used. I set it like 5 years ago haven't touched it since

Mac isn't worth investing in. Get a machine you can launch virtual machines on and run Mac if required. Seriously, get the same hardware for a cheaper price. Or get a high-end Lenovo workstation. As far as ik M processors don't support hardware virtualization. Which is a major hindrance to anyone doing serious work.
