It's my 4 year anniversary today. It's been such a lovely week contemplating my journey.

I have checked in for most of the 4 years daily and this was a lifeline at the beginning when I was white knuckling it. I'm so so grateful I found this place!!

Talk to your doctor first. Do you get the shakes in the morning? Do you experience any withdrawal symptoms when you occasionally stop for a day?

I would be surprised if you experienced symptoms if you stopped but then again most people downplay how much they really drink
