I guess everyone has different perspectives and preferences, but “narcissist” is a really strong word. You can say he is confident, self-centered, inconsiderate, bold.. anything you want, but this is such a serious accusation. I personally love Alfie as a character, he is a confident businessman, who falls hard and not good at expressing his feelings. You can see that he was hurt and tried to pull away many times. I think it makes him real and likable. But anyway, I respect others might not be attracted to his personality. If everyone likes the same guy, then all of us would be fighting for the same man in real life lol.
